Subscription: The Services are offered on a yearly subscription basis.
Pricing: Fees are as listed on our website and payable in advance. We may increase or change prices or subscription plans at any time without prior notice.
Payment: Processed via third-party gateways; no offline software or payment options are available.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, as we provide a free demo prior to purchase to ensure the Software meets your needs. No exceptions will be made.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account with accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for securing your account credentials and all activities under your account.

5. Use of Services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InBizz Solutions Private Limited, its officers, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
